In recent years,the state has vigorously promoted prefabricated buildings and introduced many policies to develop prefabricated buildings.The advantages of prefabricated buildings are high production efficiency,labor saving,and the concept of“four sections and one environmental protection”.Assembly buildings have become the development trend of the current construction industry.Unlike traditional architectural models,prefabricated buildings not only shorten the construction period,but also increase the flexibility of the building space and greatly satisfy people's living needs.In this context,this paper analyzes and studies the factors affecting the cost of prefabricated concrete buildings,and finds effective measures to reduce the cost of prefabricated concrete buildings.This paper takes the influencing factors of the cost of fabricated concrete buildings as the research object.Firstly,SWOT analysis of fabricated concrete buildings in China is carried out,and the development prospects of fabricated concrete buildings in China are obtained,and the practicability of this research topic is verified.Secondly,according to other scholars' research and actual investigation on the cost of prefabricated concrete construction,it is determined that the factors affecting the cost of prefabricated concrete construction mainly include four aspects: design factors,management factors,technical factors and policy factors.Then take the concrete assembled shear wall construction project as an example,using principal component analysis,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze and evaluate the influencing factors of the cost of prefabricated concrete construction,and obtain the influence of prefabricated concretebuilding.The biggest factor in cost is the design factor.Finally,based on the analysis results,reasonable measures and suggestions for reducing the cost of prefabricated concrete buildings are proposed.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide solutions for all parties involved in prefabricated concrete construction projects,improve the market competitiveness of fabricated concrete buildings,and lay the cornerstone for the development of prefabricated concrete buildings in China.
