| Because our country the construction of the traditional cast-in-situ concrete ways of construction of resource consumption is larger,the environment pollution is serious,against building economical society development in our country,therefore,upgrade to speed up the construction industry in China,to take efficient and green buildings technology to promote the construction industry to realize the sustainable development of our country become the main route of urbanization construction.In addition,the rapid development of digital technology has become a good opportunity to accelerate the upgrading and transformation of China’s construction industry.Prefabricated construction project is an important option for the upgrading of China’s construction industry,which has the significant advantages of mass production,shortened time limit and guaranteed quality through component factory prefabrication and on-site assembly.In this article,through research and analysis of traditional cost estimation,and on the analysis of basic principle of cost estimation model based on comparing various estimation applications and characteristics,put forward to estimate the traditional way is in the linear analysis or a way of modeling estimation on the basis of single factor,can quickly and efficiently and accurately reflect prefabricated construction cost of the project amount,urgent need to explore a new way of estimate to achieve the objectives of the prefabricated construction cost estimate.Through the development of prefabricated construction at home and abroad,the application status quo,to make a study of the whole process of prefabricated construction cost summary of various factors that affect the prefabricated construction engineering cost,on the basis of the research is put forward to BP neural network theory and MATLAB software tool prefabricated construction engineering cost estimation model is set up,for the enterprises and institutions and individuals involved in prefabricated construction projects related to prefabricated construction projects provides the theoretical reference for rapid calculations and decisions.Last but not least,Completed the training and improvement of the BP neural network estimation model on the basis of collecting and sorting out similar engineering data,Taking Ningbo Wanzhong as the estimation object to verified the applicability and reliability of the BP neural network model. |
