Under the call of General Secretary Xi "Green Mountain and Green Mountain is the Golden Mountain and Silver Mountain",various regions have made positive responses to accelerate the development of green buildings.As a kind of green building,prefabricated buildings are very in line with the current rapid development needs of new urbanization.The prefabricated buildings with energy saving,environmental protection,and high efficiency are ushering in a new wave of development and have reached the national strategic level.In the recent Wuhan epidemic prevention and control battle,the Vulcan Hill and Raytheon Mountain Hospitals completed the construction and put into use in tens of thousands of square meters in ten days.It is the use of container-type mobile board houses in the prefabricated building system.Under scientific and reasonable scheduling,the advantages of prefabricated buildings can be reflected.Prefabricated buildings can optimize resource allocation,alleviate the plight of the current labor shortage in the construction industry,and reduce the pollution of the construction industry to the ecological environment.However,domestic research on prefabricated buildings is still immature,and relevant industry codes and standards are not perfect,resulting in high construction costs and development bottlenecks.This article takes two steps to study the cost of prefabricated buildings during the construction phase,hoping to help construction companies reduce costs:The first step is to compare two traditional construction methods of traditional cast-in-place and prefabricated construction by combining two residential buildings of the same construction scale and different construction methods in the residential project of City C in Example C.Different factors,and briefly analyze the reasons.It is concluded that the prefabricated components are the key aspects that affect the cost of the prefabricated building during the construction phase.The main factors that affect the prefabricated components are the production,transportation and installationcosts of the prefabricated components and the national policy.The second step is to establish a mathematical model,first list the index factors that affect the cost of the prefabricated building construction stage,then use the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of each influencing factor,and then use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for a brief evaluation.Combining the mathematical model and the example of the C city B project,the key factors affecting the cost of the C city B project are analyzed,and the reasons are analyzed.Combining with the cost-benefit concept,the national incentive policy,component production,The four aspects of procurement and transportation and on-site installation provide optimization suggestions.
