Research And Application Of BIM Technology In Convention And Exhibition Center Project

In recent years,the application of building information modeling(BIM)in four-dimensional simulation has become a global trend with the attention and active investment and promotion of European and American engineering circles.This indicates that building engineering is slowly integrating with information technology into digital virtual space,and gradually developing and applying related technologies.BIM integrates all the information in the whole life cycle of the construction project into a visual model.With the help of visualization and related engineering parameters,the time and cost wasted by repeated operations and node coordination can be greatly reduced,so as to improve and correct the obstacles in project management and the loopholes in construction technology.The application of BIM to the integration of engineering information(e.g.pipeline equipment,structure and opening,elevation differences),through the collection of sub-information and the integration of BIM model,can provide a sound construction layout,effectively eliminate the usual graphics inconsistencies,omissions,conflicts or errors,and add time,error,etc.The arrangement of manpower can better grasp the sequence of construction of various projects.Based on the BIM theory and the actual needs of the project construction management stage,this paper makes the corresponding model to guide the construction,eliminate conflicts,improve efficiency and quality,and achieve the purpose of cost saving.Through the practice and application of BIM technology in this project,this paper discusses how to use BIM technology to meet the needs of project management,and puts forward a digital engineering management system based on BIM technology,which provides a reference for the popularization and application of BIM technology in the future.
