In recent years, as the economy of China continues to grow, numbers and scales of building continues to expand, the problems of environmental pollution and energy consumption has become the focus of people's attention. In the context of Today's promoting green building, energy-saving has been paid great attention and cognition by the society. In addition, as the technology developing, the development of the construction industry information will become a major trend in the future. In this background, the management of this information will undoubtedly provide a emerging and promising way for traditional industry. Focus on making full use of huge productivity and improving the level of management as well as information application will devote to enhancing the competitiveness of the construction industry.Nowadays, the BIM(Building Information Modeling) technology has been widely spread and promoted. Based on integrating a large number of building information, BIM solves the remaining problems in design, construction and operation compared with traditional building energy-saving.With the supporting of BIM technology theory and in terms of building's full life cycle, this essay will discuss the energy saving application on each stage of construction project. In the view of the above, this essay has done the following works.(1) This essay Analyzed building energy-saving how can be applied to each stages of its lifecycle as well as the BIM technology characteristics and the range of applications in the engineering projects.(2) This essay Analyzed BIM technology in the energy-saving application of architectural design. With the combination of BIM technology and energy-saving design,This essay will have a simulation analysis on wind environment, acoustic environment and sunlight in order to proposing optimization program to achieve energy-saving in architect.(3) This essay Analyzed BIM technology in the energy-saving application of construction project management. The construction project management system platform can be established under the BIM technology. Therefore, a sound application management system, BIM model for all projects and an enterprise database can be created for collision checking, resource managing, schedule and cost control. There is no doubt that it will reduce cost and losses.(4) This essay Analyzed BIM technology in the energy-saving application of building maintenance management. By combining the BIM technology and operation andmaintenance management system, i will start to explore scientific management of the architectural space and equipment asset, which can make a preventive control for possible disasters to reduce losses(5)This essay takes a few typical case to analyze the application and practice of BIM cloud platform during the energy-saving lifecycle. BIM technology is still inadequate.In the practical application of the process, BIM technology can improve the efficiency of architect, brings great benefits for the project lifecycle.
