Since the reform and opening up,the construction industry with a high-speed development trend,which has played an important role in promoting the process of industrialization and urbanization in China,became an important pillar of the national economy.With the requirement of low energy consumption and green sustainable progress,strengthening the construction of information technology has become the future development direction of the construction industry.BIM technology has become the main content of the building informatization development.At present,it is one of the foremost problems facing BIM application how to use BIM technology throughout the whole construction process.Combining with the comprehensive building project of Huadian Shaanxi regional coal and electricity distribution center,this paper studies the application of BIM technology in all stages of the construction project life cycle,which includes the following contents:(1)Application of BIM in construction despgn phaseThe application stdatus of BIM in construction design management in our country is studied and the problems existing in BIM technology design management are analyzed,which is used as the application point to determine the application target of BIM in the design process This paper.Combined with the Huadian building project case,a set of BIM design implementation process for collaboration is proposed,and enterprise-class BIM project modeling standards is put forward,which will improve the design efficiency meanwhile ensuring the quality of the design.(2)Application of BIM in construction phaseTaking the Huadian Complex project as an example,the application status of BIM in construction engineering management The Autodesk Revit and Luban series software was utilized to build the three-dimensional model of civil engineering,steel bar and installation.Based on the actual situation of the site,3D construction site layouting,drawing reviewing,collision checking and pipeline optimization based on BIM technology,which is convenient to solve the problem of construction site optimization,pipeline collision and reserved hole accurate positioning.Quantities extracted fast and accurately is compared with multi-operator to achieve the goals of control costs,save resources,which has the actual considerable benefit on shortening the construction period and improving the quality of the project.(3)Exploration and practice of BIM in operation management of constructionThe problems of the operation and maintenance management of the domestic construction process is analyzed in this paper,including the types of equipment,the difficulty of safety management,the scattered and irregular construction drawings,the low level of operation and maintenance management,etc.This paper explores the operation and maintenance methods of visualized building process based on BIM.In view of the lack of effective BIM operation and maintenance platform,the BIM operation and maintenance platform,using the Design Review as the 3D engine,is explored on Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 platform,which takes Huadian Shaanxi Regional Coal and Electricity Power Distribution Center as a practical case,providing a reference to the application of BIM technology in the construction operation and maintenance aspects.
