Nowadays,with the acceleration of China's urbanization process,people's demand for medical services is increasing.This kind of pressure is not only reflected in quantity,but also in quality.Hospitals have public welfare and play an important role in safeguarding people's lives and maintaining social stability.In order to meet the increasing high-quality medical needs of our people,the development of hospital infrastructure projects has become very necessary.Progress management is an important part of project management in the process of hospital infrastructure projects.Whether the hospital infrastructure project can be completed on time will not only affect the efficiency of the hospital itself,but also have a certain degree of impact on the life safety of patients.Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen the research on the progress management of hospital infrastructure projects.Hospital infrastructure projects are characterized by many types of work,complex technology,long construction period,etc.,and will face various risks in the process of project project management,such as the project management staff's awareness of schedule management and the impact of bad weather.Therefore,the progress of the hospital infrastructure projects and the situation that is prone to lag.In this paper,the LX hospital surgical complex is taken as an example to analyze the problems of the project in the infrastructure process.The project construction schedule is compiled by the cross-section method and the network planning method,and the progress is made by the S-curve method and the earned value method.Control has certain guiding significance for the development of hospital infrastructure projects.This paper first analyzes the research status at home and abroad and defines related concepts,and introduces the project background and construction arrangement of LX Hospital.Secondly,on the basis of the work of the decomposition project,the hospital schedule was established through the milestone method and the cross-section method,and the project duration was estimated.Thirdly,the S-curve method and the earned value method were used to control the progress of the hospital surgical complex project,and the progress deviation was found and measures were taken to correct the deviation.Finally,based on the results of the analysis,this paper proposes the safeguard measures for progress management in terms of organizational aspects,resources,schedules,and management priorities.
