With the rapid development of technology,China's construction industry has developed to a relatively mature stage,this stage of the project management,project schedule control has become the core part of the project,and project managers have also paid special attention to.Under normal circumstances,with the construction of the project,the project will also change the schedule.This change brings both internal factors of the project itself,may also be external factors,these factors of every kind of has a great influence on the progress of the project,and will affect the progress of the project plan and,if not promptly corrected the deviation,the adverse effects of the inevitable of the whole project schedule and cost,and finally have a direct impact on the investment benefit.Therefore,the project construction schedule management and control,but also to ensure that the project can be completed on an important basis for quality and quantity.This article analyses the research background and research status at home and abroad,combined with project management,project management,earned value method theory and method,according to the project schedule control problems,the comprehensive teaching hospital HY building construction project as an example,the influence factors,the project construction schedule of process,content,procedure,organization and implementation,strategy and related measures,to control the project using a scientific way.Based on the comprehensive teaching building of HY hospital as the actual case study on schedule management of the project,and make the optimization of HY hospital comprehensive teaching building schedule control method,finally establish effective control measures to achieve the objectives of the project.
