China's housing construction project is facing a very fierce competition situation,and many construction companies have begun to look into the construction of overseas projects.Project schedule management plays an important role in the construction of the project.The trade unions that can complete overseas construction projects within the prescribed time limit will have an important impact on the total cost of construction projects,and will also be related to the establishment of a good image of corporate brands.Based on the relevant management theory of modern project management,this paper uses the project management corresponding method tools to study and analyze the Congo(Brazzaville)General Hospital project in order to find out the relevant management theories of modern project management.Its progress management issues have been improved.This study first analyzes the delays in the first phase of the project,identifies the influencing factors and makes targeted improvement measures to avoid the same mistakes in the next phase II project.Then,through the WBS,the decomposition of the project structure is completed,the key nodes of the second phase of the project are scheduled and the duration is estimated,and the overall schedule of the two phases of the project is planned,and the critical path,network diagram and the drawing of the Gantt chart.Immediately afterwards,in order to cope with the problems caused by the delay of the construction period of the first phase of the project,a scheme for optimizing the critical path to shorten the construction period and drawing the corresponding network map and Gantt chart were proposed.Next,complete the establishment of the project schedule management related system,and select the organizational measures and economic measures as well as the contract measures and technical measures in the formulation of the project schedule control measures to ensure that the project is consistent with the total schedule requirements.The results of this research can provide some reference for the project construction of similar projects in the future,and help overseas general contractors to do the important work of project schedule management,bringing better social and economic benefits to enterprises.
