The construction industry is one of the important pillar of the economy of our country, occupy the important strategic position in the national economy and social development. The construction project as the most common, the most typical of the type of project, the investment scale, long implementation cycle, serious potential impact on the ecological environment. Each construction project itself is a complex system, many uncertain factors influence it, if these factors are not considered or ignored one of the major factors, will lead to mistakes in decision-making. Quality, cost, schedule is the three goals of project management, and the progress is the result of project delay, quality grades down, one of the main reasons why the investment target control. Therefore, to study how to control these three goals, make the project more operation has important significance.In this paper, the historical background of project management, succinctly describes the history of the development of project management, and project management application and development in our country. Through in-depth research complex building project construction project management team some problems, for a more comprehensive analysis, and the construction progress of the project, quality and cost three target management were highlighted. During the construction progress of the project management, the use of the direct method and s-curve method, with examples of the construction progress of the project and the reason for the delay measures to be taken, and shows the progress of the implementation phase of the construction project management by objectives. In the construction quality management, the use of a comprehensive quality management approach, PDCA cycle method and causal analysis, with examples analyzed factors affecting quality of the project. During the construction project cost management using the earned value method, with examples, elaborated construction project cost management and content objects and describes the implementation of cost management approach. During the construction project management method to use, greatly improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the project.Through the investigation, analysis and research, in view of the existing problems in group in construction project management, put forward the improved suggestion. But also for the group is from extensive management to the data specification an attempt to explore and management changes.
