Where the target is in the production of building: in terms ofproduction and construction in Western oilifeld gathering and transferirng of pipelines and theEastern oil ifeld of regional governance, improve the road standards，trunk blackened.Western oil extraction plant as a core extension of oil extraction units in recent years, focusingon both the exploration and development and infrastructure，increasing the intensity of the oilarea of road construction，the road construction scale and operation level has reached to theforerfont of the whole oil field company.On the base of analyzing the present status of research at home and abroad，this papertakes a combination of theoretical and empirical methods to investigate the real estate projectschedule management. Firstly, this paper gives a comprehensive overview about projectschedule management theory, laying the theoretical foundation for the study. Then the analysisof the factors affccting the L road engineering project schedule management in the west andproduction plant is specially discussed, on this basis，rfom the work breakdown structure, tothe preparation of the schedule and so on，these aspects of the formulation of the developmentand optimization of the schedule are studied systematically. Finally the control process of theproject schedule are analyzed，consideirng problems in the project underway and theinteraction of mutually consistent relationship among quality, schedule and cost, specificrecommendations on methods are proposed on the road engineering project of L in the westand production plant progress control.The essence of project schedule management is effective planning and control. The roadengineering project of L proposed the use of advanced project management methods, byformulating scientific and reasonable construction progress plan and making effective controlmeasures to maximize the implementation according to the construction of the fastest speedand best quality effect, and completing the project construction tasks with the better and moreeconomical plan.
