At present,China’s hospitals,especially the public hospitals,are overcrowded,and the number of patients exceeds the capacity of the hospital itself.In order to improve the current medical situation,a series of feasible construction measures must be taken to expand and transform the hospital and improve the infrastructure configuration.The inability of diseases to wait also brings difficulties and challenges to the construction of hospitals.How to take into account the progress and quality has become an examination question for the project construction managers,which requires the continuous deepening of the research and discussion of the project construction progress,so as to provide more effective management methods and models for the progress management.There are many uncertain factors affecting the progress of hospital construction projects,such as weather changes,personnel management quality,technical and equipment problems,etc.Therefore,special requirements should be put forward for progress management and a series of effective measures for progress control should be discussed to ensure the smooth completion of hospital construction projects.In this article,the outpatient inpatient building of SL Hospital is taken as a case to study the progress management and control issues in each period of project construction.Firstly,by studying the data and data of different construction stages,various problems existed in each stage of the project were found out,and the construction schedule was prepared by gantt chart method,network planning method and other methods.Subsequently,comprehensive use of project progress management methods to monitor and control the progress of the project,in case of progress lag,timely detection and adjustment can be made;Finally,from the perspective of optimizing the organizational structure,strengthening the allocation of human and material resources to ensure the progress of the project,and provide reference for other similar hospitals to upgrade and build infrastructure.First this article try to understand and study the current status of domestic and foreign research on the progress management of engineering projects.The purpose is to better apply it to the progress management of hospital projects by studying the existing basic theories,scientific technologies and methods.Then,on the basis of mastering the theory,analyzing specific problems,and applying advanced scientific technology and methods such as milestone event method and Gantt chart method for each project link to finely manage the progress.Finally,in the actual construction process,the project will change and adjust due to various influencing factors,so when the project schedule management changes,find out thespecific reasons.Due to the complexity of the project,the S-curve method and the value method are used to timely adjust the hospital project,so as to ensure the project quality.
