Research On The Progress Management Of The OYO City General Hospital In Congo (Brazil)

As the increasingly fierce competition of the domestic construction industry,more and more construction enterprises aim at the overseas contracting market.Programme managing is an important part of construction project management.Whether the overseas construction projects can be completed as scheduled or not,the total cost of the project and the company's brand image are determined by it.According to the theories and methods of project schedule management,this paper analyses the progress management of the project of OYO General Hospital of Congo(Brazzaville).First,based on the introduction of the main theories and methods of project schedule management,this paper analyses the reasons for the delay of the first and the second phase of the project of OYO General Hospital of Congo(Brazzaville).In order to avoid the same problems in the following works to lead to the project delay,this paper also puts forward the corresponding improvement measures for the cause of the delay.By the decomposition of the project WBS structure,the sort of project activities and duration estimates,this paper draws up the plan of Congo(Brazzaville)Oyo General Hospital on the fourth phase of the project and draws Gantt charts and network diagrams.Second,this paper establishes the project schedule management system,and through organizational measures,technical measures,economic measures,contract measures and other aspects controls the progress of the project.In the end,it puts forward the guarantee measures of the progress control to ensure that the project can be carried out smoothly according to the plan.The results of this paper can provide reference for the enterprises to contract similar construction projects in Congo(Brazzaville)area in the future.It also can make the overseas general contractors finish the project schedule management work better,to help the enterprises obtain good economic and social benefits.
