A Research On Construction Risk Management Of Wucai Square Hotel Project

With the rapid development of China's economy and the progress of science and technology,people's demand for a better life is increasing day by day.Not only has the quality of life of people improved greatly,but the pursuit of the spiritual world is also higher and higher.Thus,tourism is developing rapidly.Each major scenic spot often has the high-grade hotel to provide the accommodation,and many enterprises often choose the hotel as the activity place based on the meeting needs.The hotel diversity function provides the opportunity for its development.However,at the same time,the hotel industry in China is also facing great challenges.On the one hand,hotel construction compared with other project engineering has certain risks;on the other hand,the study on risk management of hotel construction is not deep.Therefore,the long-term view is not conducive to the development of the hotel industry.Through the study of hotel construction project at home and abroad,this paper introduces the research methods and contents from the overall point of view.Based on the theory of risk management,the classification and characteristics of risk are fully recognized and well understood.On this basis,the contents of risk identification,monitoring,evaluation and response are introduced.This paper will take the construction project of the mail building of Wucai Square Hotel as the research object,and introduce its general situation and construction schedule in detail.This paper focuses on the analysis of risk identification,assessment,monitoring and response of Wucai Square Hotel construction project.According to the principles and steps of risk identification,15 risk items were found in the construction phase of Wucai Square Hotel.It can be divided into four categories: schedule risk,cost risk,quality risk and safety risk.Based on risk identification,this paper uses comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the risk of the construction stage of the Wucai Square Hotel project and rank the importance of different risks.In general,the risk level of the main building construction project is general.In addition,this paper puts forward the measures of risk monitoring and response based on the evaluation conclusion and risk identification,and expects to realize risk prevention,avoidance and transfer.To sum up,this paper hopes to contribute wisdom to risk management theory of our country through the study of risk management in the construction phase of Wucai Square Hotel.
