Research On Construction Engineering Risk Management Of H Airport T2 Terminal Building Phase ? Construction Project

With the development of the economy and the progress of society,the transportation industry has developed rapidly.As an important part of the transportation industry,the aviation industry plays an important role in ensuring the normal travel of the people's life with the passenger and cargo throughput.Increasingly,airports across the country have been stepped up to meet normal and growing demand,and risk management as an important factor in the airport expansion process has become a key factor in the successful completion of the entire construction project.Therefore,the risk management research on airport expansion has attracted the attention of industry and scholars.This dissertation starts with the risk management theory and the development status of the construction engineering industry.Taking H Airport T2 Terminal Building Phase II Construction Project as the research object,the risk management research of airport expansion project has been studied.Firstly,based on the current situation of the second phase of the construction of the risk management,this dissertation analyzes the necessity of airport expansion.Secondly,according to the risk identification process and principles analyzes the risk factors of construction project and finds H Airport T2 Terminal Building Phase II Construction Project mainly includes technical risk,economic risk,safety risk,management risk and construction period risk.It uses the analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,expert assignment method and matrix calculation method to analyze and study the identified risk factors,data the risk values,and analyze the results.Finally,based on the results of the risk assessment,combined with the actual status of the construction project,the risk management safeguard measures and risk response strategy are proposed accordingly.This dissertation takes H Airport T2 Terminal Building Phase II Construction Project as the research object.Through the research on risk management,it is beneficial to avoid the risk of construction project in the construction process,and reduce the probability of risk occurrence and the loss caused by risk.It provides theoretical and case studies for the risk management research of airport expansion projects in China.
