Research On Social Risk Management Of Pure Electric Passenger Vehicle Construction Project Of T Company

The problems of energy security and environmental pollution are becoming increasingly serious,the requirements for energy conservation and emission reduction are increasingly stringent,the new energy revolution has triggered the rise of new industries.The pure electric passenger cars are low-carbon and environmentally friendly,it is of great significance to alleviate environmental problems.However,the construction project has a large scale of construction,a large scale of investment and a great impact on the local social economy and environment.Because of some improprieties and mistakes,it will cause mass incidents.Then a series of social risk events are triggered,which have adverse effects and consequences.This study combines the actual case of pure electric passenger vehicle construction project of T company,in depth field research.Through a questionnaire survey of stakeholders,Relevant departments hold Symposium,publicity,gather experts for in-depth discussion and other ways to collect the attitudes and opinions of all parties on the construction project.Targeted risk identification and analysis are carried out for each link of the project.Finally,the main risk factors are analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively through expert scoring,which is used to predict the final risk level of the project.And put forward countermeasures one by one,the final forecast project's comprehensive risk index is 0.1515,less than 0.36,which belongs to low risk.In this study,52 risk points in eight categories were identified at the beginning.According to the characteristics of the construction project itself,20 major risk factors in five categories are analyzed in the end.They are noise and vibration impact,water environment impact,atmospheric environment impact,solid waste impact,floating population management,social security,social risk management system,uncivilized construction impact,special weather construction safety,large machinery operation safety,sudden construction safety,construction health impact,electrical operation safety,production machinery injury,explosion fire risk,dust and poison safety risk,operation health safety,media opinion guidance and mass misleading propaganda.And put forward countermeasures one by one,the final forecast project's comprehensive risk index is 0.1515,less than 0.36,which belongs to low risk.This study systematically analyzes the social risks of the pure electric passenger vehicle construction project of T company.From risk investigation,risk identification,risk estimation to risk response.It predicts the risk level of the project,which not only provides theoretical basis for the decision-making of the project,but also ensures the smooth implementation of the project.
