With the continuous development of China's pharmaceutical industry,pharmaceutical industry project more and more,the level of construction risk management in the pharmaceutical factory construction project to project influence on whether can achieve the desired effect,and therefore pharmaceutical factory the construction project construction risk management widely attention on pharmaceutical factory construction project construction risk in-depth study has great practical significance:through the system scientific and comprehensive method for the construction of the project risk management,guarantee the project construction as early as possible for the identification of risk Prevent the occurrence of risk events,reduce risk factors as far as possible,take targeted measures to reduce the impact of risk,so that the project to obtain the maximum economic benefits.This paper studies the construction risk management of the construction project of Harbin Zhicheng pharmaceutical factory is studied.On this basis,the construction risk of the project of Harbin Zhicheng pharmaceutical factory was studied in detail.In the risk identification part,the construction risk of the project of Zhicheng pharmaceutical factory was identified from the aspect of personnel technology management material environment by using brainstorm method and fishbone diagram method.In terms of risk assessment,the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy assessment method are mainly used to evaluate the construction risk of the project.In terms of risk response,different measures should be taken according to the degree of risk impact.The main measures are to reduce risk transfer risk and prevent risk reserve risk.
