The construction industry has always been a high-risk industry.The subway section shield construction method has advanced,sophisticated and accurate features in the construction field.It has high requirements for safety management and it is different from other construction methods with manual excavation as the main way of safety risk management.It has a high construction safety risk and has serious consequences after the accident.It will directly affect the life safety of the operators,the safety,stability of the surrounding environment and the brand image of the construction company.It needs to analyze the construction site situation to study in detail.This paper takes the construction work of shield tunneling method of Beijing subway BTNY project as the research object.This paper mainly grasps the research status at home and abroad by collecting and analyzing related literatures at home and abroad.It studies the identification and analysis methods of safety risks applicable to the construction site in combination with the construction characteristics of the shield method and the actual situation of the subway BTNY project.Based on the results of identification and analysis,we will develop a targeted safety response measures for shield tunnel construction.The content method and early warning management of security risk monitoring are based on the management principle of “safety first,prevention first”.In the process of security risk identification,the Delphi method is mainly used to identify the security risk items and obtain a list of security risks.In the process of security risk analysis,the LEC method and the Delphi method are used to divide the security risk levels to identify the major security risk items in the security risk list.This study provides a simple and operable model for safety risk identification and analysis for construction units.It provides a reference for engineering projects of similar stratum and similar surrounding environmental influencing factors to deal with and monitor extra-large safety risks.At the same time,it provides guidance for the safety production of shield tunneling construction in BTNY project.
