Since the development of the water conservancy and hydraulic engineering,there have been problems in its information process,such as low degree of integration,standardization and intelligentization.Therefore,during the life cycle of water conservancy and hydraulic engineering,information is lost in all stages of the project,and the level of information-sharing management is low.Each stage uses its own independent model,resulting in an information fault.In the life cycle management process of water conservancy and hydraulic engineering,the most important point is the support of information.Comprehensive and continuous information helps to implement reasonable and effective project management decisions.Therefore,the premise of completing project maintenance and management is the excellent information management work of the life cycle of the project.This paper aims at the above problems,and take large aqueduct as an example to establish the life-cycle information model based on BIM in accordance with BIM(Building Information Modeling)theory.On this basis,the SQL Server database is established to integrate management of key information during the life cycle of water conservancy and hydraulic engineering.The establishment of a large aqueduct information management system makes it possible to complete information storage,extraction,and maintenance and provides basic data for managers to carry out project maintenance and management.This paper mainly conducts the following works:Analyze the information characteristics and management models of water conservancy and hydraulic engineering,and combine the characteristics of BIM and core technologies to establish a water conservancy and hydraulic engineering information management implementation framework based on BIM technology;Based on the Revit platform,the large aqueduct is divided into different component families,such as aqueduct pier,bottom plate,side wall and middle wall of aqueduct,to establish BIM model for large aqueduct which information management is carried out in components;Using the external database to store the other phase information of the aqueduct,and associating it with the Revit data of the design phase.Based on the Visual Studio 2010 programming platform,to establish data links with the database data,and achieve the integrated management of life cycle information of aqueduct;Taking a large aqueduct as an example,the system design and preliminary testapplication are carried out.The system information can reflect the actual engineering situation in real time.
