With the continuous advancement of urbanization in China,the contradiction of the relative shortage of urban road traffic resources or the inaccuracy of resource matching has become increasingly prominent.Informatization has become the key method to solve the problem of urban road management.In recent years,BIM technology has been widely used in the field of civil construction,and also lays a foundation for the information management of urban roads.However,different from general buildings,urban roads need to bear more functions of road information collection,information transmission and information analysis based on the whole life cycle,especially in the operation stage.How to better realize the intelligent management of urban road traffic on the basis of BIM platform has become one of the problems urgently to be solved at present.Therefore,based on the analysis of the information flow process in the whole life cycle of smart transportation construction,this paper constructs a framework of smart transportation information management system that integrates various BIM+technologies.And through the actual case of BIM+ smart traffic information management technology based on a variety of application scenarios are described.Firstly,from the perspective of different participating units and different construction stages,the information flow of BIM technology assisted construction and traditional traffic engineering project construction is analyzed and compared,and the advantages of BIM technology integration,sharing and other characteristics in assisted smart transportation project construction are established.Secondly,the basic concepts and characteristics of BIM+ technology,GIS,IOT,cloud computing,and big data analysis are analyzed,and the internal relationship between BIM+ and the construction of BIM smart transportation is clarified,and a BIM+ based smart transportation information management system architecture is proposed.Focusing on the whole life cycle smart transportation construction management theme,this paper puts forward the construction implementation plan of smart transportation information management platform based on BIM+.The key technology methods and application function realization of BIM+ information management platform in the whole life cycle are defined respectively from aspects of BIM comprehensive model building in the design stage and introducing the information management platform,BIM4 D in the construction stage,5D auxiliary construction and road structure and environment monitoring in the operation and maintenance stage.Finally,combined with Shaoxing smart expressway system engineering example,the actual function of information management platform based on BIM+ in the whole life cycle of smart transportation construction in each stage of information management is proved from the actual case,and the important and difficult points of the project example are analyzed.This topic research is proposed based on BIM+ smart traffic information management system framework,and planning the BIM+ information management platform in the smart transportation construction stages in whole life cycle of building theoretical method and application of the management functions,which can effectively solve the urban traffic information loss in the process of construction management problems such as inefficient and information interaction,for the whole life cycle of urban road traffic information construction and the wisdom of experience management to provide technical support,has important application value and practical significance.
