With the excess consumption of resources and the deterioration of the environment, EMS is paid more and more attention. Enterprise Environment Management System (EMS) is that enterprises, according to the environment policy, environment law, environment regulation and certification, combine macrocosmic synthetic decision-making with microcosmic monitor, use effective management measures based on the synthetic decision-making from environment and development, command the human behaviors, correspond the development of economy and social with environment protect, and restrict human behaviors of damaging environment to protect environment order and environment security, which is collectivity action of the sustainable development.Based on the analysis of EMS and related technology, the theory of product life cycle is combined with EMS. This dissertation does some deeper research work including the framework, function, and model of environmental management system for mechatronic product life cycle, and the key technologies, such as identify environment aspects, environment performance management, integration of environment information, and so on. The main research of this paper includes:1. Establish the theory framework and the system model of the environmental management system for mechatronic product life cycle. Based on the analysis of the conception and characters of environmental management system, the framework is established. The Greenidea-sustainable development idea run through the each phase of product life cycle in theframework, which combines the environment protect with product life cycle. Using the moldingtheory-IDEFO, this paper firstly establishes a system model of environmental managementframework for product life cycle. From the point of information sharing and enterprise cooperation, the paper researches the information integration and sharing of the environmental management framework for product life cycle, extends the inter-enterprises collaborative, and other key technologies of the model.2. Put forward the method of identifying important environmental aspects. This paper presents the weighted coefficient determination based on fuzzy AHP-Entropy. Based on improved TOPSIS, it also establishes an important environmental aspects evaluation model of product lifecycle oriented environmental management. The important environmental aspects of the corporation are estimated in this paper based on the practical review in the enterprise.3. Present the method of the environmental management performance assessment. Firstly, based on the conception of the resources of environmental management aspect, the improving measures of EMS are expatiated. The evaluation indexes of environmental performance are put forward. An Artificial Neural Network (ANN) is set up to assess environmental performance, andthe weight of the each index, which can give the objective of improving environmental management performance, is obtained by the ANN. Through the Matlab platform, the Neural Network is validated by the practice dates of the given enterprise.4. Research the information sharing technology of EMS for product life cycle, and develop the Product Life cycle Environment Management System. Firstly the enterprise environment information is analyzed. The information integration and enterprise cooperation model of web-based EMS based product life cycle is established. Then under the Windows environment, the author develops the Product Life cycle Environment Management System, which is referring to the theory of modular design.
