With the national economy entering the new normal,China’s economy is entering a critical period of speed adjustment,transformation and upgrading.For construction enterprises highly related to the development of the national economy,they are also bound to face the impact of a series of macro environmental changes such as industrial restructuring and intensified market competition.The rapidly developing enterprise universities have gradually proved their important role and contribution in helping enterprises to cope with transformation and challenges.Reasonable positioning,scientific management and corresponding norms and guidance have become the indispensable key factors in shaping enterprise universities.China railway S bureau is determined to establish a school of continuing education to support the development of the enterprise and cultivate strategic talents suitable for the enterprise itself.However,since its establishment,it has not been positioned independently in the enterprise and the training mode is single,so that the training effect has not exerted a profound impact on the development of the enterprise.Therefore,this paper studies the positioning and structural optimization of the enterprise university of China railway S bureau,and USES the case method to deeply discuss and analyze the training department of the construction unit China railway S bureau.First,based on the background of the establishment of the school of continuing education in bureau S,as well as the existing management structure and operation mode,this paper makes full use of DACUM model theory to concentrate the training role of the school of continuing education in bureau S,conduct job analysis and research on it,and analyze the reasons why it cannot follow up the development of the enterprise.Secondly,in the process of finding out the existing functional deficiencies of the school of continuing education of S bureau,collect the training experience parameters of senior leaders and professionals inside and outside the bureau,and use the questionnaire survey to make as many employees as possible participate in the training satisfaction survey.Using AHP,the collected data were counted,sorted out and summarized,and the problems in the operation of the continuing education college were qualitatively analyzed to find the gap in its training system.Furthermore,the paper puts forward some Suggestions on adjusting its enterprise positioning,promoting it to be an enterprise university of S bureau and optimizing its structure,and obtains the quantitative analysis results of the proportion of partners.Finally,ISD model was introduced for curriculum development,and the optimized design idea of work content,faculty arrangement and Shared learning platform of enterprise university of S bureau was proposed,and bold assumptions were made for the future of enterprise university of S bureau,so as to promote the long-term development of enterprise university.In conclusion,this study believes that the optimization and upgrading of enterprise universities is a strong support for large state-owned construction enterprises to attract,motivate,train and retain talents at home and abroad,as well as the best way to make full use of human resources to promote enterprise transformation.Establishing and improving the management structure of enterprise university of S bureau can effectively improve the fighting capacity of construction enterprises,cultivate strategic management talents,drive enterprises to move towards learning organization,and realize the goal of promoting the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries.The results of this study are intended to optimize the design scheme of the training system,in the hope of facilitating the construction enterprises to establish enterprise universities and other work,and providing reference and reference for the strategic development of s-bureau enterprises. |
