Since the 1980 s,the engineering general contracting mode is not only the con-struction industry in our country are flawed, and has begun to take the first step to the international construction market. With the rapid development of today's world economy and the constant change, profound changes have taken place in international project contracting market pattern.China's international project contracting enterprises in seasoning for dozens of years, formed a set of mature general contracting mode, finally as a bright and shining stars above the high up in the field of international construction. However, international project contracting risk and profit potential al-ways,they are contradictory and interdependent.Any international engineering projects, neither completely out of the net income of the risk, also does not have no profits of pure risk.International general contracting project with large investment, contracts can be high, long construction period, construction technology is complex, many uncertainty factors, multiple stakeholders, the complexity of social relations is vulnerable to external environment influence etc, faced with the huge investment risk.If want to better complete the international engineering general contracting project, realize the profit maximization, must deal with all kinds of risks. This paper first introduces the development course and status quo of domestic and foreign general contracting mode and content of the project management and risk management, and then on this basis on general contracting project bid,design,pro-curement and construction of four stages of risk identification and analysis, risk eval-uation based on analytic hierarchy process(ahp)model is established, and the four stages of risk management, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and measures for the administration.
