The international constructional engineering projects have the following characteristics:large investment,many participants,complex project environment,wide range risk factors on basis of EPC mode.Therefor,it is necessary to analyze and assess the international constructional engineering projects risks during the life cycle,risking assessment is good for implementing projects and completing project goals.During the process of implementation,international constructional engineering projects face aspects of risks,from the host country’s political, economic, social and natural and other aspects of risks. These risks have a great influence on our country construction company, and it produced many factors,with high probability,it is difficult to estimate and quantitative.Therefore,using fuzzy analytic network process to evaluate the risk of international construction projects under EPC mode base on its characteristics.The thesis includes the following four major parts:firstly, this thesis analyzed characteristics of international construction projects on basis of EPC mode,summarized the characteristics and application scope of the commonly used risk identification and evaluation method.,Secondly,it built a evaluation index system for international engineering construction project,including six primary indexes and twenty-four secondary indexes,thirdly, according to the risk evaluation index system,the thesis built a international construction project evaluation model on basis of fuzzy analytic network process. Finally, using an example of international constructional engineering project on basis of EPC mode to the empirical analysis and application of the fuzzy analytic network process model.
