Practice Of Quality Excellence In Engineering Projects

"A hundred years,quality first",the quality of the project is the life of the construction enterprise,is the foundation of the project,it not only relates to the success or failure of the project,but also to the life and property safety of the country and the people(Guo Zhiming 2011).In order to mobilize the enthusiasm of the management of construction enterprises,improve operational efficiency,reputation,quality engineering,china's construction industry departments set up a national Luban award and the provincial and municipal engineering quality excellence award to encourage the construction enterprise quality excellence,improve the quality of construction projects.In this paper,the Luban prize for excellence project practice as the research object,mainly studies the following three contents:(1)By summarizing the domestic and foreign scholars' research on project quality management,we sum up the advanced quality management theory and methods at home and abroad to provide theoretical guidance for the practice of engineering quality management in China.Then we system summarize and compare the award categories of various types of domestic quality projects,summarize their characteristics and focuses,and provide references for managers of domestic implementation projects to select the category of excellence.(2)Combining the existing theoretical research results and engineering practice experience with a questionnaire survey to identify the key factors affecting the engineering excellence and summarize the key points of project quality excellence.(3)Analyzing the practice of Luban Prize project excellence project-Modern Media Plaza,and the practice of key points in the practice of quality carefully.On this basis,we sum up experience and inspiration,combine theory and practice,and improve the construction enterprise in China.Quality management level,to achieve excellence in engineering quality to provide reference.This article is divided into five parts:The first chapter introduces the research background,purpose,significance,research content,research method and technical route of this article,which set up a framework and context for the development of this article.The second chapter describes the project project quality,the concept of project project quality management,and the main development stage of construction project quality management theory.It summarizes and analysises the advanced quality management theory and quality management methods at home and abroad,providing the following Theoretical basis.The third chapter analyzes and compares the domestic well-known high-quality projects in detail.At the same time,according to the existing theories,the key influencing factors of project quality excellence are identified,and a questionnaire survey is conducted to optimize the key influencing factors.In the fourth chapter,taking Luban Prize for excellence in engineering projects as an example,it elaborates the practice and experience of each key point in practice,and provides reference and theoretical support for domestic construction companies to implement quality excellence.The fifth chapter has made the research conclusions of this article,including the advanced quality management theories and methods,the key points of engineering project quality excellence and the specific practices of each quality creation advantage in practice.The research in this paper has achieved certain results,but there are also some deficiencies.For example,the key points of quality and excellence selected in this paper are mainly obtained through relevant literature and my own engineering practice,and the subjectivity is determined by questionnaire survey.Without extensive investigation and research,its perfection and scientificity have yet to be improved.In addition,the summarization of the experience of quality excellence in practice is mainly based on the excellence project of Modern Media Plaza.The richness and diversity of practical experience needs to be improved.It can be further enriched by a large number of different types of engineering practices.
