The Research On Quality Excellence Management Model Of Expressway Construction Project And Its Performance Evaluation

The fast development of expressway construction project put forward a higherrequest to the quality management work; quality has become the core of theexpressway construction. The owner as the main body of the construction project, theirquality management is the key of the project quality management, the owner needs tosolve the problems contains how to improve the quality of construction projects, andthrough the quality management to improve its performance. At present, theperformance excellence model as the most advanced and is widely recognized, it’snecessary to apply it into the expressway construction, through setting up the qualityexcellence management model of expressway construction project, to improve andenhance the quality of highway construction project level.This paper, from the perspective of the expressway construction projects owner,firstly, analysis the basic theory of quality excellence management model, sums up thequality characteristics and quality management features of the expressway constructionproject, analysis the feasibility and necessity of the quality excellent managementmodel. Secondly, put forward eight core ideas of the quality excellent managementmodel, and summarize the goal process of quality excellent management, that isexcellent goal orientation- excellent process management- excellent effectivenessevaluation, and on that basis, constructing the triangle pyramid model for the qualityexcellent management model, then expound and analysis the model in detail. Finally,in order to evaluation the performance of quality excellent management model, thethesis built the evaluation index system and the structural equation model of it.Analyzes the implementation process of excellent quality management mode which inHQ expressway in specific, and through field investigation and access of the HQexpressway to get the original data material, after uses SPSS to deal with the originaldata, and then take advantage of AMOS to evaluation the performance of the HQexpressway quality management work, aim at the result of the performance evaluation,given the quality management improvement direction for owner.The conclusion of this thesis applies to the quality management of expresswayconstruction projects investors, but also have the certain value to reference for theconstruction units and other related construction enterprise.
