Research On The Quality Management Of An Enterprise In An Apartment Project

In the whole process of management of real estate development,project quality management has become a pillar management phase.Whether the quality management of construction project is in place or not is directly related to whether the various aspects of the entire development project,including quality, progress, investment, cost,capital gains, safety and civilization, reach the intended target or not.More and more development enterprises have regarded the construction project quality management,which throughout the entire process of development project, as the core competitiveness.The quality of housing is directly related to the economic development and the fundamental interests of common people.Employees in real estate development enterprises should not only firmly establish the concept of“ quality is first”,but also take the strategic vision to explore and research quality management strategies and measures,and regard improving the quality of property as own duty. This is also the main purpose of this study[25].The study using the basic theory of project quality management begins with real estate enterprises’ requirements for project quality management.It analyses real estate enterprises’ status and function in project quality management according to different phases of development;The real estate enterprises need to be analysed problems existing in project quality management,and then put forward major measures in construction project quality management;In the process of project implementation,the study states detaily that how the real estate enterprises use the relevant knowledge about project quality management to take measures of quality control,which is with”talents apartment” as the example;It analyses that how to effectively apply quality management theory to concrete construction project quality management.We can control project quality dynamically and systematically by means of varieties of methods and measures,to ensure the whole construction project quality;Lastly,we should summarize the development trend of engineering quality management combining with working practice,in order to put forward the vision of the future.The study summarizes a series of project quality management related theories onthe basis of consulting a large number of literature.It also analyses problems existing in the process of majorities of projects quality management.We can work out quality management methods and measures on the ground of practical cases and form a complete quality management system,which is beneficial to be utilized and summarized at project management work.
