Research On Quality Control Of Luban Prize In Construction Engineering

Chinese construction engeering Luban Prize (referred to as the Luban Prize) is the highest honor of engineering quality in the construction industry in China and it represents the highest level of national construction engineering. The construction engineering of China Business Economic Academy, Dalian (referred to as CBEAD) made its construction goal of reaching Luban Prize at the first place. As the construction representative of CBEAD, the author had participated in the whole process, concluding the design, tendering, construction, completion, operation and so on. The project had finally won the Luban Prize in December,2013.This paper represented the basic concept of quality control and its measuring methods and systems at the beginning. It then summed up the contents and methods of construction quality control. It also combined the theoretic analysis and engineering example according to the selection method of the Luban Prize and the project of CBEAD. This paper introduced the method of quality control, highlighting the key link of pre control measures, quality control setting and process quality control. All those were validated in the engineering example.Because of being engaged in the whole CBEAD project, the author could have the chance to represent the whole quality control process, including superior planning, construction, decoration, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning and building new technologies, based on the actual operating level. This paper induced and gave summary to the difficult points during quality control process, and put forward effective management measures and construction methods, had certain reference significance and practical value.
