| Along with the continuous improvement of the level of international economic development and the intensification of the global integration process,excellent corporate culture has become an important factor to promote the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises.Corporate culture is a powerful guarantee for enterprises to be everlasting,which can increase the sense of identity to the enterprise,enhance the cohesion and centripetal force of employees within the enterprise,and help the corporate to establish a good social image in the outside world.Therefore,it can improve the overall strength and competitiveness of enterprises.This paper takes the state-owned automobile steering system manufacturing enterprise YA company as the research object.On the basis of summarizing the relevant theoretical research of enterprise culture and diagnosis,this paper assesses and analyzes the present situation of YA company culture by using the OCAI scale as well as the individual and group interviews,which combines quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.The questionnaire result indicates that the YA company is now integrally dominated by a hierarchical culture and market oriented culture is second.However,employees expect the company to weaken hierarchical management and strength team building,create a people-oriented environment atmosphere,enhance team support culture and encourage innovation as well as challenge,appropriately strengthen temporary institutional culture.Based on the interview results,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of corporate culture of YA company from three aspects of the material,behavioral and spiritual levels.Though deep discussion and exploration,this paper summarizes that the leader of YA company do not really understand the connotation of corporate culture,the people-oriented management concept has not been implemented in the enterprise management practice,and the corporate cultural construction lack the long-term planning and innovation are the underlying causes of those problems.According to the company currently facing internal and external environment and actual operating conditions,this paper puts forward the direction and principle to promote the corporate cultural construction of YA company,and gives some targeted optimization measures to the existing problems.It is hoped that the YA company can establish a cultural system which is in accordance with the enterprise development strategy and closely linked with its own management practices.By applying the existing theoretical research into the cultural construction practice of YA company,this paper help YA company to improve its corporate cultural system and enhance the construction of corporate culture.Meanwhile,it further expands the applied range of the Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument,and also provides experiences and references for other automobile spare parts manufacturing enterprises. |
