With the continuous development of the economy and society and the deepening of reform and opening-up,the Chinese government has attached increasing importance to corporate culture construction,and business managers have also recognized the positive role of corporate culture in sustainable development and value enhancement.In the new era of reform and opening-up,the automotive industry is undergoing unprecedented changes.To achieve long-term development in the increasingly fierce market competition,automotive companies must shape a corporate culture with a strong era characteristic and distinctive personality.BQ Zhenjiang Company is a large-scale vehicle manufacturing factory,and its business philosophy,management philosophy,and talent philosophy all play a crucial role in promoting the development of corporate culture construction.However,due to the short establishment time of the company and structural adjustments,there are still some shortcomings in some aspects of corporate culture construction,and there is room for further improvement.This article explores the management practice of BQ Zhenjiang Company’s corporate culture construction,which has certain research value and management enlightenment.This article takes BQ Zhenjiang Company as a case study to explore the problems in corporate culture construction and the reasons behind them,and then summarizes corresponding recommendations based on mature theories and research results.Firstly,relevant literature on domestic and foreign corporate culture research is reviewed to form a scientific understanding of corporate culture and its development context.Secondly,the development process of corporate culture in BQ Zhenjiang Company is investigated,and the current situation of corporate culture construction is examined from the four aspects of spiritual culture,institutional culture,behavioral culture,and material culture,using the hierarchical theory of corporate culture.Thirdly,with reference to the Denison Corporate Culture Survey questionnaire,the problems in BQ Zhenjiang Company’s corporate culture construction are investigated,and the reasons behind them are analyzed.Finally,recommendations for optimizing BQ Zhenjiang Company’s corporate culture construction are proposed based on mature theories and investigation results.The study found that:(1)BQ Zhenjiang Company’s corporate culture construction has obvious stage characteristics but is still in the early stage of corporate culture formation;(2)BQ Zhenjiang Company’s corporate culture construction faces severe uncertainty,with a series of problems restricting corporate culture construction,such as the low integration of corporate culture with production and management,difficulty in internalizing corporate culture into employee behavior,and insufficient employee participation in corporate culture construction;(3)Based on the above analysis,this article provides recommendations for BQ Zhenjiang Company to further improve its corporate culture construction work.This study can provide theoretical and strategic references for BQ Zhenjiang Company to further improve its corporate culture construction and has certain reference value for other similar companies.
