In the new era of economic development,reinforcing corporate culture building can provide the organization and management with leadership,internal controlling and coordination,to improve the "soft power" of enterprises in market competition,to promote enterprises developing in a high-quality way.However,each enterprise has different social cultural environment,and each employees has different social psychology.It led to senior management personalize the connotation of enterprise culture building,function orientation and measure establishing,and further led to the enterprise culture builiding shall basing on case study systematically.For all the above reasons,this paper takes S&P company,a power equipment manufacturing enterprise in the central region,alongwith its corporate culture bulidning system as an case study,and conduct the following studies.Start from the theory of enterprise culture building,to conden the rich connotation of enterprise culture,to sort out the management practice research of domestic and foreign scholars on enterprise culture building,and to summarize the relatively important function of enterprise culture building.These contents not only provide theoretical support for the analysis of problems and countermeasures,but also lay a logical foundation for focusing on S&Pecific problems and implementing more effective construction plans.Secondly,on the basis of describing the basic information of the enterprise,the formation of the interview is designed,and the framework of problem analysis and countermeasure research is designed.Then,describe the original enterprise culture building system,case studying finding problems integrity of enterprise culture building,and there are four major structural problems at the same time,including S&Piritual culture,system culture with excessive central China characteristic,mandatory guidance with ruling of man is greater than the rules,behavior culture only with command,material culture not with international standards.And we analyze the formation causes and consequences of the various problems.Finally,the proposed countermeasures include following.(1)Adhere to the principle of accelerating personnel collaboration,and clear function positioning and complete dynamic management.So as to maintain the stability and sustainability of enterprise culture building.(2)In dealing with the overall problem of cultural construction,we should promote the chief officer to improve the priority of cultural construction,and hold joint meetings to convey the construction requirements to employees.(3)In dealing with the problems of structural culture building,the countermeasures of enterprise culture building should include advocating openness and sharing and changing the forms of S&Piritual culture,to promote S&Pecialization in work and strengthen the study of institutional culture,to improve communication mechanism and develop cooperative behavior culture,to strengthen the cultivation of backbone and enhance the aesthetic appreciation of material culture.It has the following enlightenment to culture building of related enterprises.(1)The culture building must delimit the theory view to obtains the chief officer's support.Senior management should be avoided to distort the orientation of corporate culture building,which should be promoted by middle management and key staff.Cultural building should be based on grassroots employees and serve employees,so that more people can obtain cultural satisfaction and happiness.(2)Chief officer's resource investment are the key factors to continuously promote cultural building.(3)Problems and countermeasures should be studied based on research materials.Also,further research ideas include following.(1)Strengthen the party building work to optimize the study of corporate culture.(2)Study other measures to activate talents and innovation.(3)Learn the practices of new economy enterprises and lead the construction and reform of industry culture.
