With the development of knowledge-based economy,enterprise culture,as the source of core competitiveness of enterprises,is a concentrated reflection of the soft power of innovation and development,and plays a key role in the rise and fall of enterprises.In recent years,J Power Supply Company,as a three-tier unit of the State Grid Corporation,has resolutely implemented the requirements of the State Grid Corporation’s corporate culture system construction,but due to the large differences in the geographical environment,development conditions and hierarchical structure,in the actual work process,the effect of culture construction on the ground is poor,and there are still some problems that restrict the sustainable development of the company.In order to meet the development needs of the new situation,it is an important and indispensable part of the current corporate culture construction of J Power Supply Company to understand the current situation of the current corporate culture construction and to carry out systematic and scientific measurement,evaluation and optimization of the corporate culture.This paper uses the literature research method,survey method and case study method to carry out an analytical study combining qualitative and quantitative,theoretical and empirical evidence for the actual situation of the construction of corporate culture in J Power Supply Company.Starting from the relevant theoretical concepts of corporate culture,it systematically composes the literature on corporate culture and its optimal construction at home and abroad.Through field research and data collection,the current situation of corporate culture construction in J Power Supply Company is analysed in detail.Combining the Denison organisational culture model with questionnaires and on-site interviews,the company’s problems in corporate culture construction were scientifically diagnosed,including the workers’ poor knowledge of corporate strategic arrangements,the weak orientation of corporate culture in leading workers,the low level of corporate team building,the insufficient effectiveness of corporate capacity building for workers,the weak capacity of corporate innovation and change,the insufficient degree of coordination and integration of corporate teams,the The company’s facilities need to be optimised and upgraded.Through a systematic analysis of the causes,and based on the actual situation of J Power Supply Company,this paper proposes strategies and safeguards for optimising the construction of corporate culture in J Power Supply Company on the basis of the spiritual culture,institutional culture,behavioural culture and material culture,respectively.It is of certain reference and value to further promote the practice of state-owned electric power enterprise culture in grassroots units and to make a strong scientific support for the effective improvement of the overall level of enterprise culture construction in J Power Supply Company. |
