The personnel is the most core resource in the enterprise,which can bring immeasurable business benefits.Therefore,the selection and training of core personnel become strategic priorities.In the period of Twelve-Five,the State Grid Corporation accelerates the construction of the strong smart grid and UHV,and vigorously promotes the new business development,new management model,and higher requirements for the personnel.In this paper,S corporation from the State Grid Corporation took the key positions and key management personnel groups on important positions as the research object,and focused on the selection and training mode of personnel.In the first part,the background and significance of the research was introduced.The theory about what is core personnel,training and selection matching model of the core personnel at home and abroad were reviewed.In the second part,the connotation of core management personnel,classification and definition,matching model of quality and ability,the selection and training system were introduced.In the third part,the basic condition and human architecture were introduced firstly.Then,the problem and its cause of personnel development were analyzed.In the fourth part,the paper researched the optimization strategies of core management personnel selection and training for S company on three aspects,combined with a lot of research,interviews and data analysis.By establishing the idea of clear and rigorous selection,meticulous training process,dynamic feedback of practice process,efficient closed loop of overall pattern,to build an effective mechanism with the characteristic of application model,adhering to two principles,rationally design process,establishment of the talent pool.It will lay a solid guarantee for the personnel selection and training of S company.Finally,the author also thought further about how to consolidate core management personnel selection and training for S company,and put forward some proposals on the development of competency dictionary of core management positions for power supply enterprise,promoting the application of competency model in human resources management,improvement of incentives in selection and training of core management personnel.
