| With the continuous deepening of the system reform of electric power enterprises,many electric power enterprises have gradually realized the significance of talent team construction for enterprise competition and have begun to highlight the central idea of "people-oriented" in their management concept.Based on this important premise,how to introduce and retain talents and build an excellent talent team has become a major challenge for power enterprises.In the context of increasing competition in the market economy,the construction of talent team has become a more and more important issue for all enterprises.This article first discusses talents and related theories,and sorts out and analyzes the status of domestic and foreign researches.Taking DF company’s talent team construction as the starting point,analyzes its talent status and existing problems.According to industry characteristics,comprehensively analyzes the situation of its talent management,explore the development direction of its talent training system construction.This article puts forward the following ideas and measures for the company’s talent training system: build a “multi-channel” of career development system,improve the performance management system for all employees,establish a sound compensation and distribution mechanism that combines incentives and constraints.It also elaborated on the multi-channel system,and formulated the following three professional development channels: management,professional technology and production skills.At the same time,specific discussions and analysis were conducted around channel settings,career development paths,and qualification standards.It is hoped that the research in this article can help DF company achieve their strategic goals faster and better,and can inspire the construction of talent teams in other power industries. |
