A Study On The Library Construction Progress Management Of Luzhou Vocational And Technical College

Progress management means to manage the project implantation and schedule in the process to achieve the overall goals within time limit.It plays an important role in project construction with time and schedule control as an crucial part in project completion.This paper firstly gives a picture of the background,purpose and significance of this research.After that,it discusses the related theory and method of project management,schedule management in particular.It introduces the overall information of the library project,including project background and features,contents,structure and the duration of the project,then the project was discussed in detail in how to set up project schedule,how to determine the sequence of work,how to map out the time table and network diagram.Finally,based on the theory of project schedule control,it discusses how to measure and correct the deviation appeared by using the right method of control.Also,the safeguard measures of the schedule control are analyzed in detail.In the end of the thesis,a summarize is made which might be a reference for other universities in building their libraries.
