Research On Progress Management Of HY Library RFID System Renovation Project

The application and innovation of RFID technology in the library,which is the development trend of the modern library in the future,and is an important technical means of change the library service and reform the literature management mode.RFID technology can provide its readers with fast and convenient self-served service which improves the working efficiency of the librarians and creates environment for its readers as well.This thesis taking the implementation and management of RFID project of H library as an example,introduces the organization and implementation of RFID project.More concretely,knowledge of project management based on detailed how to schedule and control theory applied to the practice of project management,project planning and practical solutions to control problems for the smooth implementation of the entire project to provide guidance.Project schedule management theory is summarized in this paper,ocused on the definition,characteristics and tools of the project schedule management.Introduces the RFID project on the basic profiles,schedule and control the project laid the foundation for the launching.Using Critical Path Method approach to the project Work Breakdown Structure and the distribution of work and responsibility,which has established work-sequence,and the network diagram rules and six hours parameters,we can got the time limit table,the network diagram and critical path.Introduced the RFID project schedule and control the management of security measures,proposed from the organizations protection,information security,human security and system guarantee in four areas to promote the successful completion of the project.Introduced RFID Project Schedule Control process,the principle of control from the project schedule,The process control system project schedule and project schedule conflict management.Finally,a summary of the project is at the end of the article and made a left to further problems.
