With the rapid development of China's economy,the demand for energy from all walks of life is increasing day by day.As the main form of energy supply supporting China's development and progress,electric energy plays an important role in many fields such as national economic development and social progress,and occupies a pivotal strategic position.Substation,as the main infrastructure of power energy,is a key and indispensable part of the power system.In substation construction and management,project schedule management is an important component.And the transformer substation construction project schedule management,the concept is based on the specific project plan,in the substation on the basis of the layout of the overall construction,adopting scientific and reasonable method to determine the construction of the whole project progress goal,efforts to build a detailed schedule plan,as well as to the project of the construction of the whole resources supply accurate forecasts,at the same time to the project construction quality,time limit and cost of comprehensive coordination,to ensure the smooth realization of the transformer substation construction project goals.This topic research to company S Bomi substation project as the main research object,on the company S Bomi introduces the general situation of the whole substation project,combing the background,organization of the construction project and its corresponding responsibilities,project construction procedures such as basic elements,clear to follow to make the project schedule management theoretical basis and basic principles,and the Bomi substation project progress management features,objective and comprehensive analysis.The principles of safety,quality,time,economy and sociality of the project are put forward.On this basis,the progress plan of S company's Bomi substation project is formulated.First,the project work is decomposed,the duration of the project work is estimated,the network plan is made and the critical path is determined.At the same time,the optimization principle and method of project schedule are introduced.Secondly,the control of schedule plan is introduced,which mainly includes the procedure of schedule control,the coordination with quality and cost,the analysis of schedule deviation and the corresponding corrective measures.Finally,it describes the safeguard measures of progress management,including organizational safeguard,technical safeguard and economic safeguard.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of Bomi substation in central Tibet,its progress management factors are relatively complex,so it is necessary to be forward-looking enough to consider the problems,especially for managers at all levels,to pay enough attention to the problems,and at the same time,it is necessary for all parties to increase coordination and fully guarantee resources.Actively utilize scientific and reasonable progress management methods and tools to make effective and reasonable progress plans,conduct dynamic monitoring of progress plans,rectify deviations in time,and ensure the implementation of various safeguard measures,so as to achieve progress goals smoothly.This paper studies the time limit of substation construction in Tibet in order to provide some reference and reference for substation project schedule management of power grid construction enterprises.
