The Research On Progress Management Of The HaSui Highway Construction

In 2005,the length of Chinese roadway is 1.6 million km of which more than 205,000 km are highway and it continues to maintain the world's second level. Highway construction project will be one of the key elements in China's infrastructure construction in a very long period of time. As an important project in the 11th Five-Year Plan Heilongjiang Province, the building experience of HaSui highway construction project will have great theoretical and practical significance.Based on the progress of HaSui highway construction, this paper begins mainly with the process of project management, organization, process control.At first, the research purpose and significance of progress management of road construction are analyzed and the present research situation about progress management is introduced. Under the guiding of various theories of progress management, the paper use critical path method to develop Hasui highway construction projects plan.On the second, adopting FIDIC mode progress Control Organization. The owners, design unit and practice company are organized to construct a unit to multi-decentralized cooperate and mutual supervise. The front line and bananas plans are used to examine the progress control of Hasui road and different measures are taken in different situation.And then, the paper builds the highway construction project progress management performance evaluation system. The progress management of HaSui highway construction projects performance is evaluated.Finally, the strategies and recommendations are proposed to solute the existing problems and shortcomings in HaSui highway construction project progress management.
