At present,China is actively promoting the integration of the chemical industry,encouraging the extension of the industrial chain,and the market competition is more intense.And private chemical enterprise in China due to the limitation of many factors,mostly face after scale expansion to a certain degree of operational risks,internal management is still in the traditional rule of man is given priority to,assessment is single and formal,ignore the management of scientific and reasonable.Faced with the challenge of external environment risk and internal structural contradictions,according to the actual situation,company need to establish a set of targeted company actual performance management system,to make the staff to the direction and company goals harmonious and unified,can improve the company’s core competitiveness,realize company and staffs.Taking Tongde enterprise industry as the research object,this paper firstly summarizes and analyzes the pain points in performance management of Tongde enterprise industry,such as low enthusiasm of employees,lack of indicator system,echelon fault of engineering and technical talents,and incomplete evaluation scope,through the systematic study of relevant theories and methods of performance management,as well as the methods of actual visits and questionnaires,combined with the characteristics of the industry.Secondly,on the basis of referring to the successful cases of other enterprises and combining with the actual situation of the company,the author adopts MBAF system method(M-target management method,B-balanced scorecard,A-analytic hierarchy process,F-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method)to design reasonable assessment indicators,optimize the internal management process,performance contract management,and the multi-level application of assessment results with the goal of maximizing the company’s benefits,optimize and improve the performance management system of Tongde enterprise industry,and conduct consistency and effectiveness verification to effectively promote the improvement of the quality and efficiency of internal management.Finally,in view of the performance management system designed above,relevant supporting measures are proposed to give full play to the real effectiveness of the system,improve the company’s industrial competitiveness,and escort the realization of the company’s vision.Similarly,it can provide certain reference for the small and medium-sized private chemical enterprises that are faced with the same development problems with similar enterprises of Tongde enterprise industry in the internal governance of the company.
