Study On Evaluation Of Agricultural Green Development Level In Qinghai Province

Green development is a new model of China’s current development.As a big agricultural country,China’s agricultural development occupies a pivotal position,and the development of agricultural industry is also related to China’s economic development.Therefore,in the current agricultural development process,as far as possible to seek sustainable development of agriculture.At present,China’s green development in agriculture is still in the development stage.Compared to the industrialized countries,there is still a big gap in the development of green agriculture.On the basis of summing up and using for reference the existing research results,this paper expounds the basic concept and meaning of Agricultural Green Development Under this background,and by studying green agriculture theory,sustainable agriculture theory,ecological economics theory and green GDP theory,according to the actual situation of agriculture in Qinghai Province,this paper describes the current situation of the development of agricultural economy,agricultural resources and agricultural ecological environment in Qinghai Province.On this basis,the evaluation index of Agricultural Green Development in Qinghai province is constructed.The index system is used to measure the level of agricultural green development in Qinghai Province,and the result of the evaluation is obtained by the empirical analysis.Thus,it analyzes and summarizes the important achievements at the present stage,and introduces the obstacle degree model to calculate the obstacle factors that affect the agricultural green development level in Qinghai Province,and analyzes the restrictive factors of the agricultural green development in Qinghai Provincefind the appropriate effective measure for environmentally friendly agricultural development in Qinghai Province and seek environmentally friendly development for agriculture in Qinghai Province.sustainable development road.The results show that although the level of agricultural green development in Qinghai Province is lower than the comprehensive level of the whole country,the level of agricultural green development in Qinghai Province shows a fluctuating rise and a good development trend,at present,the obstacle factors that restrict the green development of agriculture in Qinghai Province mainly focus on the agricultural eco-environment subsystem.In view of this,it is proposed to actively seek funds from governments at all levels,raise the development level of the green economy,increase investment in green innovation,and strengthen scientific and technological support on the basis of strengthening personnel training,countermeasures and suggestions on improving the development state of agricultural ecological environment in Qinghai Province.
