Problems And Countermeasures Of Efficient Ecological Agriculture Construction In The Yellow River Delta

In October 2021,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that "the Yellow River Delta is of strategic importance,both in terms of ecological protection and agricultural development",and in 2022,the Central Government’s Document No.1 pointed out that China’s high-quality economic development,social stability and ecological balance is a difficult task.The Party Central Committee believes that in order to cope with the changes of the epidemic in the 21 st century,to better promote the healthy development of the economy and society,and to meet the strategic needs of the country,it is necessary to maintain the stable development of agriculture,to do a good job in the "three rural areas",to continue to promote the overall rural development,to ensure the stability of agricultural production,to increase the income of farmers,and to maintain the stability of the countryside.This shows that the construction and development of highly efficient ecological agriculture in the Yellow River Delta is strongly supported by the government.However,there are still many problems that hinder the construction of efficient and ecological agriculture in the Yellow River Delta.It is therefore necessary to construct a system of indicators for efficient and ecological agriculture in the Yellow River Delta,use analytical models to identify the main problems that hinder the construction of efficient and ecological agriculture in the Yellow River Delta,and explore countermeasures for the construction of efficient and ecological agriculture in the Yellow River Delta.This is conducive to promoting a virtuous cycle of economy and society,advancing the harmonious development of agriculture and economy,and providing reference for the development of other industries.This study starts from the current situation of the construction of high-efficiency ecological agriculture in the Yellow River Delta,firstly,it compares the literature related to high-efficiency ecological agriculture,summarizes the mechanism of high-efficiency ecological agriculture,evaluation methods and problems at home and abroad,and expounds the relevant concepts and theories of high-efficiency ecological agriculture,so as to provide theoretical support for the later study;then it describes the current situation of the construction of high-efficiency ecological agriculture in the Yellow River Delta from the overall overview,economic dimension,social dimension,ecological dimension and resource dimension.The evaluation system of highly efficient ecological agriculture in the Yellow River Delta is constructed using the four dimensions of economy,society,ecology and resources as the first level evaluation indicators;the weights of the indicators are calculated by the vertical and horizontal pull-down method,and the obstacles to the construction of highly efficient ecological agriculture in the Yellow River Delta are identified with the help of the obstacle degree model,so as to sort out the problems of the construction of highly efficient ecological agriculture in the Yellow River Delta.The study continues to use the grey forecasting method to predict the trends of the construction of efficient ecological agriculture in the Yellow River Delta and to propose corresponding countermeasures in order to improve the construction level of efficient ecological agriculture in the Yellow River Delta.The study reveals that the following problems exist in the construction of efficient ecological agriculture in the Yellow River Delta: farmers’ income needs to be improved,the skills of agricultural labourers need to be upgraded,insufficient investment in resources,serious pollution of water resources,and insufficient technology content.The following countermeasures can be proposed based on the above-mentioned construction problems: change the mode of economic development,improve farmers’ income,upgrade the skills of agricultural labourers,improve financial security,strengthen environmental protection,increase investment in science and technology,and attach importance to agricultural technology innovation.
