Resources and environment are important boosters for social and economic development,the rapid development of economy needs to pay attention to the protection of resources and environment.The construction industry is the pillar industry of China ’s economy and the rich industry of Jiangsu Province.It has made great contributions to the economic development of Jiangsu Province.However,with the continuous and rapid development of the construction industry,problems such as air pollution and noise pollution have also emerged.Under the background of the new development concept,Jiangsu Province,as a strong province,should accelerate the improvement of the high-quality development level of the construction industry and continue to promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.Therefore,how to promote the coordinated development of construction industry and resource environment is an important issue at present.This paper first defines the concepts of high-quality development and resource environment in the construction industry,analyzes the sustainable development theory and resource scarcity theory,and expounds the coupling and coordination mechanism between the development of the construction industry and the resource environment.Secondly,the development status of construction industry and resource environment in Jiangsu Province and the coupling status of the two are analyzed.Then,the evaluation index systems of the two subsystems of construction industry and resource environment are constructed respectively.Combined with the data of Jiangsu Province from 2005 to 2020,the entropy weight-Topsis method is used to measure and analyze the comprehensive evaluation index of construction industry and resource environment development respectively.On this basis,the coupling coordination model is used to measure and analyze the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of the composite system.Then,the obstacle degree evaluation model is used to diagnose and analyze the obstacle factors of dimension layer and index layer.Finally,based on the above analysis results,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.The results show that during the study period,the comprehensive evaluation index of construction industry development in Jiangsu Province has shown a trend of ’ high level and rapid growth ’ on the whole,and the comprehensive evaluation index of resource and environment development has mainly shown a trend of ’ low level and great fluctuation ’.The comprehensive evaluation index of the two systems is good;the coordination of the composite system is in good condition,but the current scale growth,coordinated development and innovative development of the construction industry have a great hindrance to the development quality of the construction industry.In addition,in the resource and environment system,the ability of environmental governance and resource utilization is weak,which hinders the transformation of the coordination level of the two systems to the high-quality coordination stage.Finally,based on the above research results,in order to further promote the coordinated development of construction industry and resource environment in Jiangsu Province,this paper puts forward the following suggestions : the government should play its own functions to promote the development of industrial scale efficiency;adhere to green development and increase investment in innovation and R & D of construction enterprises;strengthen environmental protection and improve the level of environmental governance;advocate the concept of coordinated development and protect the ecological environment.Figure [16] table [7] reference [67]...
