Research On Green Transformation Situation And Development Path Of Industrial Economy In Liaoning Province Under Innovation Driven Strategy

The development of economy and society puts more and more pressure on the development of resources and environment.Caused a shortage of resources,the serious harm of poor environmental status,and this pressure will harm the human society at the same time,so that the economy and society in the further development of a particularly big obstacle,caused serious consequences.Faced with this situation,people began to reflect on the question of how to harmoniously coexist between man and nature.In this state,the economic model of green transformation began to get more and more attention,and was quickly known by everyone.The Chinese government quickly discovered the situation and take timely countermeasures,is China’s old industrial base of liaoning province,the development of industry will largely affect the development of the economy,as the change of time,due to no end of resource development of our country and ignore the protection of the environment and resources utilization,the development of economic and social resources have been affected by the very big,must pay attention to green transformation of the industrial economy in liaoning province,to speed up the industrial upgrade quickly.Therefore,it is of great positive and far-reaching significance to study the development of green transformation in Liaoning Province.Based on the previous research background,this paper analyzes and summarizes the comprehensive situation of green transformation development at home and abroad,combs the relevant knowledge of green transformation of industrial economy under the innovation-driven strategy,and lays a theoretical foundation for this paper.And based on this level to understand the definition of green economy transformation,the target path,and the main objectives and methods.Then according to the actual situation of industrial economic development in Liaoning Province,the evaluation index system of green transformation development of industrial economy in Liaoning Province is established,and the dimensions are economic benefits and other aspects.This paper uses entropy method and grey relational degree method to study the capacity level of green transformation development of Liaoning Province during 2010-2019,and finds that the efficiency of green transformation of industrial economy in Liaoning Province has been increasing year by year.And from four aspects of economic benefit,social development,resource endowment,detailed analysis of the bottlenecks restricting the green transformation of industrial economy in Liaoning Province,according to the results of the analysis,according to the economic benefit,social development,resource endowment and other four aspects to put forward suggestions.
