Evaluation And Spatial Correlation Of Agricultural Green Development In Yunnan Province

Agriculture plays a pivotal role in our country and its development situation is closely related to our economic development.The development of agricultural green is still at the developing stage at present.Our country and other developed countries in agricultural green development comparison still has gap.According to the relevant policy documents of agricultural green development in Yunnan province,this paper grasp the connotation and characteristics of agricultural green development in Yunnan Province.This paper constructs the evaluation index system of agricultural green development level in Yunnan province from four dimensions.The four dimensions are agricultural resource utilization index,agricultural environment index,agricultural ecological change index and green supply security index.This index system includes four dimensional indexes and 21 specific indexes.In the research method,this paper selects entropy weight TOPSIS method.This method can not only make full use of the original index data,but also minimize the loss of information.This paper guarantees the reliability of the evaluation system from the analysis method.This paper also makes a comprehensive evaluation of Yunnan Province and its cities from the whole and local perspectives.And the spatial autocorrelation test model was used to analyze the spatial pattern of agricultural green development level in Yunnan province and each city.The data of Yunnan Province and 16 cities from 2006 to 2021 were taken as samples for empirical analysis.The findings are as follows: First,the overall level of agricultural green development in Yunnan Province shows an upward trend,but there is a small fluctuation.Secondly,there are obvious differences in the green development of agriculture in eastern Yunnan,central Yunnan,southern Yunnan and western Yunnan.There is a trend of regional decline in the four dimensions of agricultural resource utilization index,agricultural environment index,agricultural ecological change index and green supply security index in these areas.Third,the agricultural green development in various regions of Yunnan Province has the characteristics of high level of high aggregation and low level of low aggregation.The phenomenon of contiguous regions at high level is obvious,and the degree of agglomeration of regions at high level of development is slightly increased.Based on the above research conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward: First,Yunnan Province should focus on enhancing the leading ability of green supply security in agricultural green development.Secondly,the green development of agriculture also needs to implement the development strategy of East Yunnan taking the lead,middle Yunnan rising,South Yunnan revitalizing and West Yunnan developing.Thirdly,attention should be paid to the convergence phenomenon of low level of agricultural green development in Yunnan Province.All regions and governments should take effective measures to guide the low level of agricultural green development out of this state.
