Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Green Development Level And Spatial-temporal Pattern In Chengdu

The new development concept covers five major areas: innovative development,coordinated development,green development,open development,and shared development.To achieve the goal of building a beautiful Chinese model city,Chengdu must unswervingly promote green development.The establishment of an evaluation index system for Chengdu’s green development level is of great significance for the long-term stable and rapid development of the economy,society,environment,and mechanism.On the basis of reviewing domestic and foreign literature and theoretical research on green development,this paper takes Chengdu as the research object and conducts research from four aspects: green economy,green society,green environment,and green mechanism.Using entropy method and coupling coordination degree model,the green development level was evaluated from the perspective of city and county,respectively.Based on the urban spatial pattern of Chengdu’s "eastward advance,southward extension,westward control,northward reform,and medium and superior",the evolution of the spatial and temporal pattern of its green development level is analyzed.Then use the obstacle model to diagnose the influencing factors of Chengdu’s green development level.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the green development of Chengdu,the countermeasures for improving the green development level of Chengdu are put forward.The conclusions of this article are as follows:(1)Comprehensive Evaluation of Chengdu’s Green Development Level atDifferent Scales(1)Evaluation of Chengdu’s green development level from the perspective of the city: In 2017,Chengdu’s comprehensive score of green development system ranked fourth among 21 cities and prefectures in Sichuan Province,which is in the middle and upper reaches of Sichuan Province.(2)Evaluation of Chengdu’s green development level from the perspective of county: In 2017,17 districts(cities)and counties in Chengdu were evaluated for the green development level: Longquanyi,Jinjiang District,and Wuhou District ranked the top three,Chongzhou,Qingbaijiang District,and Pujiang respectively.The counties are ranked in the last three.(2)Analysis of the coordination degree of Chengdu’s green development system:Using ArcGIS 10.1 to visualize the "healthy area,alert area,potential area,and high-risk area" of Chengdu’s green development.(3)Analysis of the evolution of the spatiotemporal pattern of Chengdu’s green development:(1)In terms of time,the green development system as a whole has a “big and small peaks and undulating pattern”,the green economic subsystem has a “double peak and undulating pattern”,the green social subsystem is a “single peak stationary” and the green environment subsystem is a “double peak The peaks are slightly wavy ",and the green mechanism subsystem is" three-peak oscillating."(2)Spatially,the comprehensive levels of green economy,green society,green environment,green mechanism,and green development in 19 districts,cities and counties of Chengdu are divided into four levels: low-level,medium-level,higher-level,and high-level.Horizontal zone.(4)Analysis of the degree of obstacles to green development in Chengdu: The main obstacles in the first circle of Chengdu city are concentrated in three aspects: green economy,green society and green mechanism;the main obstacles in the second circle region are green economy,green society,green There are four aspects of the environment and the green mechanism;the main obstacles in the three-ring-level region also focus on the four aspects of the green economy,green society,green environment,and green mechanism.
