Global electronics manufacturing has a dual trend towards vertical integration and horizontal division,with the development of economic globalization.Supply chain management play a critical role in the fierce market competition,and the level of supply chain management affect the ups and downs of electronics manufacturers directly.Supply chain management has become a strategic power of the enterprises.With suppliers of strategic partnerships for sustainable development,the enterprises can control the product quality,cost,delivery,environment and other performance indicators,to increase the return on investment of the product,to enhance the competitive advantage of enterprises ultimately.It has been found that the establishment of an effective supplier performance management program is an important symbol of electronics manufacturers operation success.This paper study the improvement of the supplier performance management and promotion of supplier performance for the case of H company.Firstly,summary supplier performance management framework,through documentary research.Secondly,describe the status and analysis of problems of H company's supplier performance management,improve and implement supplier performance management solution,under the guidance of theory knowledge.Thirdly,summary the analysis by comparing the former solution and the latter one,proof the effectiveness of supplier performance management programs.Finally,looking ahead with the support of company information system,use the research results,establishment of early warning mechanism of supplier performance,to serve the company's strategic goals better.This paper aims to study,improve,implement supplier performance management program of H company,improve supplier performance,enhance the competitive advantage of H company.This study for similar enterprises to implement supplier performance management with good references and reference value.
