During the period of “13th Five-Year Plan”,China's social-economic development in a new normal,and with the accelerated progress of industrialization and urbanization,the contradiction between regional economic development and environmental protection has intensified.Therefore,to promote green transformation of development mode,the coordinated and interactive development of regional economic and ecological environment has become the core content of ecological civilization construction in the new era in China.In recent years,most of the studies on metropolitan area focused on its spatial organization,not paying enough attention to the green development efficiency of industrial system.As a result,taking the Xuzhou metropolitan area as an example,this paper studies on spatial-temporal pattern of green development efficiency of industrial system,and provides scientific development proposals for the greening of industry in transition of Xuzhou metropolitan area,as well as making the regional economic and environmental coordinated development.Based on the SBM model,spatial auto-correlation method and geographically weighted regression model were used to measure green development efficiency of industrial system in Xuzhou metropolitan area,the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics and influencing factors of environmental efficiency in Xuzhou metropolitan area in the past 2000-2015 years were discussed,and then proposed the optimization countermeasures to promote green development efficiency and the pattern optimization of industrial system in Xuzhou metropolitan area.The main contents of the research include the following aspects:(1)Revealed the overall differences and the internal differences within the region on the green development efficiency of industrial system in Xuzhou metropolitan area.The regional difference and spatial agglomeration degree of the green development efficiency of industrial system in Xuzhou metropolitan area are decreasing.The regional differences present the pattern of northern Jiangsu>southern Shandong>northern Anhui>eastern Henan,and the internal differences among the regions are the main reasons for the overall difference in the green development efficiency of industrial system;(2)The characteristics of spatial evolution of the green development efficiency of industrial system in Xuzhou metropolitan area were discussed.From 2000 to 2015,the distribution of the county's green development efficiency in the high-value areas of industrial system in Xuzhou metropolitan area has changed from the“?”pattern along the coast,along the Beijing-Shanghai and the East Longhai to the“?”along the Beijing-Shanghai and the East Longhai,while the distribution of counties in low-value areas is characterized by agglomeration to decentralization;in the spatial correlation,the H-H type counties of the green development efficiency in the Xuzhou metropolitan area form a concentrated distribution corridor along the inter-provincial borders between Henan and Anhui provinces,between Jiangsu and Anhui provinces.However,the green development efficiency L-L type counties are mostly concentrated in the outer marginal areas;(3)Explored the influencing factors of the green development efficiency of industrial system in Xuzhou metropolitan area.The degree of impact of the main influencing factors on the green development efficiency of industrial system in Xuzhou metropolitan area is characterized by innovation-driven ability>government regulation ability>economic development level>energy consumption level>industrial structure level,and the spatial imbalance is significant;(4)Through comprehensive analysis of the green development efficiency of industrial system in Xuzhou metropolitan area,the green development efficiency of industrial system in Xuzhou metropolitan area was divided into three types of high-efficiency,medium-efficiency and low-efficiency areas during the study period,and based on Subject characteristics and existing problems,put forward corresponding optimization and control measure.
