| When industrial civilization and industrial economy promote social and economic development,they also intensify the pressure on the natural ecological environment,destroy the ecological carrying capacity and cause the ecological deficit.In order to change development model of industry and realize sustainable development.The fundamental point is to improve industrial ecological efficiency.As an important growth pole in Northeast China,Liaoning is a "strong industrial zone".However,compared to the southeast coastal developed provinces,the industrial ecological efficiency value of Liaoning province is too Low to maintain sustainable development.We study the spatial-temporal pattern and influence factor of eco-efficiency in Liaoning,in order to find out the development road with its own characteristics.The spatial pattern of industrial ecological efficiency in Liaoning Province is unbalanced,and most cities in the province are at a low level of efficiency.The level of industrial ecological efficiency of Shenyang and Dalian is at the forefront of the whole province.The global Moran I index of industrial ecological efficiency in Liaoning Province is within the range of [+0.252~+0.572],the level of P-value is within the range of [+0.05],and the level of Z-value is [+1.249~+4.197].In term of Local spatial autocorrelation,in 2005,2011 and 2017,the number of urban units with high-high and low-low agglomeration industrial eco-efficiency increased steadily.The number of cities with high-high and low-low agglomeration style accounted for 50%,64.3% and 78.6% of the total number of research units in that year,respectively.Generally speaking,in the first principal component of the independent variable,the output of waste water per unit of industrial GDP,the output of waste gas per unit of industrial GDP,the output of solid waste per unit of industrial GDP,the emission of smoke and dust per unit of industrial GDP,the energy consumption per unit of industrial GDP and the water consumption per unit of industrial GDP are positively correlated with the first principal component factor.Four indicators such as the harmless disposal rate of industrial waste and the first principal component are significantly negatively correlated.The first principal component is positively correlated with the independent variable.At the same time,the negative correlation factors also represent the related response factors affecting the pressure and the state factor response under the environmental and resource pressure.Both environmental and resource pressure will aggravate the industrial economy.The costs and burdens of economic development have delayed the development of industrial economy.At the same time,it also shows the relevant response to the pressure of environment andresources.The second principal component of the independent variable is positively correlated with per capita industrial GDP,gross industrial output value,utilization rate of industrial waste and Industrial waste disposal rate.From the principal component analysis of dependent variables,it can be seen that the investment intensity of environmental governance is significantly correlated with its own industrial structure and the first principal component factor,while the intensity of export-oriented industry is significantly correlated with the investment intensity of R&D and the second principal component factor. |
