Today,the transformation of the manufacturing industry is accelerating.For many manufacturing industries,production efficiency is still unsatisfactory,so the use of advanced tools and technologies to optimize their production capacity is a necessary development process.As a typical industry in the manufacturing industry,the apparel industry also faces this problem,and in production,most enterprises are still lacking due to conditions,and the outbreak rate of occupational diseases is gradually increasing.It is under such circumstances that it is necessary to optimize and improve the production system and improve the human conditions as soon as possible,so as to better eliminate production waste and reduce production losses,thereby improving production efficiency.This article takes the HVP211 garment production line in P Company as the background,finds out the problems in the production process by understanding the production status of P Company,analyzes the problems raised from the two aspects of production line balance and human factors,and finds the core point of the problem,And put forward targeted improvement measures.First,for the production line balance,the basic industrial engineering knowledge is used to improve the production process,adjust the operation process,and improve the operation process of the company's production line from the three aspects of layout setting,program analysis,job analysis,motion analysis and production line balance analysis.Make balance improvements.Then use Flexsim software to perform a simple simulation on the production line to see if it really meets the requirements.Finally,conduct a human factor optimization study on Company P,take the company's employee status as the object of data collection,conduct human factor reliability analysis,and then conduct human factor engineering analysis to find the psychological factors of human factors and employees' work.Work environment,physical and mental fatigue,and problems in operation design and propose solutions.This article is mainly to analyze the problems in production from a dual perspective of things and people.It can not only improve the balance rate of the production line,but also effectively improve the autonomy of employees,reduce labor fatigue during the production process,and improve labor efficiency.From the above point of view,there are obvious improvements.At the same time,for similar types of companies,there is a part of the reference in the optimization and improvement of production technology.The paper has 26 figures,23 tables and 72 references.
