The garment industry in China is characterized by labor intensive,complex process.There are a lot of manual operations in the actual production process.In industrial systems,occupational diseases caused by the lack of human engineering conditions are also increasing.At present,the garment enterprises in our country are facing many problems in production management.Especially suit enterprises with high technology content in production line,and also facing a series of problems such as difficulty in production organization,low efficiency and so on.Therefore,the subjects of in-depth study in the garment production is how to organize the production resource,reduce the worker’s fatigue and improve the production efficiency.WZ’s suit production line was taken as background in this thesis,and has further study in some questions,such as logistics route and work fatigue.And put forward improvement from three aspects,including workshop layout,simulation of human factors,ergonomics evaluation,and the line balance.Firstly,for the problem of optimization of workshop layout,the thesis applies the ED software to establish layout simulation model and is combined with the SLP method to adjust the original layout,and logistics route,and verifies the improved layout simulation.Secondly,in the part of simulation of human factors and ergonomic evaluation,Human CAD simulation platform is mainly used to do a research on building operation environment sewing operation process.In terms of the work fatigue strength indexes by Human CAD virtual simulation method to evaluate the indicators,including the reach volumes,visibility,lower back pressure,forces and torque of the joints of the human body and so on.Thereby,the fatigue degree of workers is evaluated synthetically,and the improvement plan is put forward,and the work efficiency of the improved work posture is verified by simulation.Finally,in the part of line balance in order to solve the problems that line balance rate is too low at present,using the basic industrial engineering method,from the three aspects of improving the drawing cloth tooling,adjusting the working content of the pre-flake forming process and analyzing the bottleneck process of blanking operation,improves the balance of WZ’s suit production line,and compares the effect of unimproved and improved.The result of improved shows that line balancing rate is increased by 13.76%.At the same time,it has shorten the operation time,and reduced the number of workers.It also decreased 44% of the material moving distance,and cut down 22% of the operation time of the blanching.The research of this thesis is important for relieving cumulative fatigue,and improving production efficiency.The research process and methods are also important for other similar enterprises to improve their economic benefit and technological level. |
